We collected numerous ideas and suggestions in the course of workshops that we intend to now turn into family-friendly measures. They focus on the needs and requirements of our staff. For example, we offer our staff various flexible working models.
Depending on the area they work in, the option of working from home is also a forward-looking innovation within the scope of Patscheider Sport's family-conscious human resource policies. We are also planning to realise free childcare in the near future in order to better support our young families.
